To use our services, you must:- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a resident Indian citizen.
- Provide valid KYC details including Aadhaar, PAN, and address proof.
- Have a valid mobile number and email ID for verification and communication.
- Not be prohibited by law from availing financial services.
3. Account Creation
To apply for a loan, you must create an account ("User Account") on the Platform. You are responsible for:- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Immediately notifying us of unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Infringe intellectual property rights of us or third parties.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Platform.
- Collect or misuse personal data of other users.
- Engage in activities that violate applicable laws.
5. Loan Application and Services
- Applying for a loan through the Platform does not guarantee approval. Loan approval is subject to eligibility checks, credit assessment, and our internal policies.
- Fees, charges, and interest applicable to loan products will be disclosed transparently before disbursement.
- You are responsible for reviewing all loan terms before acceptance.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal and device information as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include:- Identity and contact details (such as name, mobile number, email, Aadhaar, PAN).
- Financial and employment information for credit assessment.
- Device information, app usage, and location data for fraud prevention and service optimization.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology used on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Prabhu Finsec Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
